The footpath closure Notices refers to the 2009 Outline Planning application which covers the whole of the Stonebridge Park Estate. However, ASRA have drawn up a new master plan for Limmen Gardens which was released only yesterday, which is shown above. Noticeable changes are the 3 new houses which will occupy the site of the former subway at the top of the plan, instead of four originally planned. No houses will be built on the land presently occupied by garages & a grass area in Melville Gardens, upper right, instead of the planned three new homes shown on the 2009 master plan. Also the orientation of the 4 new houses on the present grass children’s play area, lower, middle.
