Landlord Nottingham City Homes are presently finding new homes for the residents living on the Robin Hood Chase, St Ann’s, in preparation for demolition of the health centre, Locksley house,shop units, and library in 2013. The area will be redeveloped with new social houses and a small number of shop units.
A number of shop keepers presently occupying the commercial units are continuing to complain that no one from Nottingham City Council have been to visit them to explain what is going on, and they are being kept ‘in the dark.’
This is the revised time table for the Regeneration Scheme:
Locksley House
Re-housing residents - August 2012 to December 2012
Demolition - January 2013 to March 2013
Robin Hood Chase
Re-housing residents - December 2012 to March 2013
Demolition - April 2013 to September 2013
