The block of flats on Flewitt Gardens, St Ann’s was probably built in 1976 by Wimpys following the slum clearance of old St Ann’s. The flats were finally demolished in 2007 as part of the Stonebridge Park Regeneration Scheme. This set of photos shows the block between 2005 - 2007, and the site at present in 2011. New houses are to be built on this site eventually, along with a new road-way running along the former footpath at the rear of the former flats, which will allow for off-road car parking for the new occupants of the houses.
