This is the site of Pym Walk flats as seen in 2007 located in Flewitt Gardens.

These flats were demolished in 2008.

Three years later in 2011 the same land was left vacant until the autumn of that year when it was used as a depot to store district heating pipes, and later building materials by construction company Lovell (east).

Nottingham City Homes are now preparing to submit a Report to the Executive Board in July seeking consent to build new houses on this land.

Councillor David Liversidge(Portfolio holder for housing & regeneration at Nottingham City Council) said today he was pleased that this was taking place and that it showed things were happening in the near future to help move the regeneration scheme forward.

The government are now allowing Nottingham City Homes to keep all of its revenue from rents paid by its tenants, and are investing some of this to build new homes on 40 sites around the city including Stonebridge, and on the Robin Hood Chase.
